Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Business Development / Research Specialist to join our team in Beirut, Kuwait, or Paris. This role is responsible for scouting, researching, and targeting potential projects. Generating reports, preparing RFI/RFP documents, and providing strategic input to the partner-in-charge will be central to this position. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment, with relevant market knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Scout for and research potential project opportunities in the region.
- Generate regular reports summarizing research findings, potential leads, and market insights.
- Prepare and support submissions for RFIs and RFPs.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of sector trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with the partner-in-charge to prioritize leads and strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams.
Requirements
- Educational background in Architecture, Business, or Marketing.
- 6–8 years of experience in a similar or relevant field.
- Proven experience preparing RFIs and RFPs.
- Strong research and data collection skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Productive, proactive, and highly motivated work ethic.
- Proven record of relevant experience within the given region(s).
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic (French is essential for Paris-based candidates).
