Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our Beirut team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative design, sustainability, and translating concepts into buildable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with senior architects, project managers, and multidisciplinary consultants across all phases of design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of architectural designs from concept through completion.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and technical specifications using CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design intent, codes, and construction standards.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, supporting the communication of design ideas and project updates.
- Research and apply sustainable design principles throughout projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit.
- Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
- Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
